A consulting retainer model allows us to provide planning, building, implementation, migration, and improvement services all within one package. The monthly or yearly retainer gives you the flexibility to set the pace that you would like your company to adopt Microsoft 365. Each call we have lets us pick our next project(s) and ensure we are adding value to your organization.
The retainer model charges the same amount on a monthly basis to keep your support and consulting services going.
Here at Micro365 Solutions we are proud of our transparent and valued based pricing models. We offer both monthly and yearly options to fit your IT needs. We allow you to upgrade or downgrade as much as needed on the monthly plan and our yearly plan provides consistency for you to easily budget.
While our techs/consultants are IT rockstars and can usually answer any questions you may have for them we are not a fully managed IT Provider (MSP). We work directly with your IT Team or MSP to fill any technology gaps they have and serve as a trusted IT resource. You can use us as your IT support ticketing system, but we do not have the ability to fix your hardware. But don't worry, we can identify what might be wrong with it!
